Return Exchange Policy

We allow a 7 day exchange from the date of purchase provided that the official receipt is presented and all dresses are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unstained, without any scent, undamaged and complete with packaging, and all tags and labels attached. 

All exchanges should be made in the Powerplant Mall store.  Items are non-refundable.

All additional costs incurred for the return and exchange of any dress (shipping fees, duties and taxes, and other charges) shall be paid for by the customer.

Management reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not comply with our policy.
