Shipping and Delivery

1. How long is the shipping lead time?

Please note that business days are from Mondays to Fridays, excluding holidays. We will process and ship your order at the soonest possible time. The team will notify you as soon as the parcel has been shipped.

Tantease will not be liable for any shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, pandemics, war, government actions, etc.

1. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee does not include other fees such as duties and taxes charged by the local customs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE 

You may exchange a dress within 7 days from the date of purchase. You need to present the official receipt, the dress should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, unstained, without any scent, undamaged and complete with original packaging, and all tags and labels intact.  

All exchanges are facilitated exclusively at the Powerplant Mall store. 

All additional costs incurred for the return and exchange of any dress (shipping fees, duties and taxes, and other charges) shall be paid for by the customer.

It's important to note that management reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not comply with our policy.
